Warranty

Endure Jewelry provides a warranty on all purchases made through our website or purchased at Endure Jewelry at an event. This warranty covers 

manufacturers defects but it does not cover neglect or abuse. Regular care and inspection of your jewelry is required to maintain your warranty. Endure Jewelry offers free inspection of your jewelry at our studio in Old Town Clovis. Any cleaning and repairs that are covered by the warranty are free of charge. To have your jewelry cleaned and inspected, free of charge, simply stop by our showroom located in Old Town Clovis, CA. If mailing (you only pay for the shipping charges) please box up your jewelry item(s) wrapping each piece securely and send it to us via UPS or Postal Service registered and insured mail with a copy of your receipt if possible, and instructions to:

Jewelry Care

Your jewelry will love you back if you give it the love it deserves. Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place, away from other pieces of jewelry or stones to prevent scratching. Hang chains separately, and store rings in a slot where they will not rub against something that may cause damage. If possible, store in an airtight plastic zip bag. Tarnish-free tabs can be purchased online to prevent any humidity from entering your jewelry storage.

Permanent Jewelry

Sterling silver and gold-filled jewelry can be worn in salt water or chlorinated pools for short amounts of time. If you expect to expose your permanent jewelry to harsh environments, please consider purchasing a fitted piece with a clasp. Your jewelry can be cleaned with mild dish soap or with a jewelry polishing cloth. Our permanent jewelry items are strong, but not indestructible. If your jewelry item is defective or the welding spot fails, if you get your jewelry snagged or caught on something and it breaks, or if you need to remove it for medical reasons we can re-attach your jewelry for no charge at an event or by making an appointment at our studio in Old Town Clovis. Unfortunately we cannot replace any items that are lost or stolen.
