If you are wondering how it all started, here's the story!
When Sunny Arada stepped on the starting line when she was 9 years old, she had no idea where her passion for running would take her. Fast forward to her senior in high school, she learned how to make jewelry from start to finish in a 3D art class using basic silversmith tools. Her passion for running continued on through college where she competed as a NCAA Division I track and field runner at Fresno State. She competed as a sprinter, running the 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, and the 400m hurdles. Her love for making jewelry continued as she studied business and fashion merchandising as an undergraduate and selling her art at local artist events in her hometown.
After college she began running marathons and half marathons and also competed in a number of road races and cycling challenges. She entered the MBA program filled with her new passion for longer distance running. Her life changed while in the MBA program where she was assigned to come up with a fictitious business of what would be considered her “dream job”. Naturally, running and jewelry were the first to come to mind and Endure Jewelry was born. She first showcased her designs at the 2009 Two Cities Marathon, the same semester she was to complete her project. That December, at the end of the semester, she quit her desk job and decided to pursue Endure with her full heart, full-time. And the rest is history…
